About Me

Hello and Welcome!

I’m Allison Georgiev, but I go by Alli. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting adults and teens as they navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and substance use recovery. My goal is to help you not only heal but also find renewed hope and purpose. Therapy can be the space where you discover the strength to move forward, build resilience, and create a fulfilling life.

In addition to my private practice, I work part-time at UCLA’s Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program at the Stewart & Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, where I specialize in helping adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. This role keeps me connected to cutting-edge clinical research and evidence-based practices in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. I bring this expertise into every session, offering the most up-to-date care available.
A Personalized Approach
Using a personalized approach, I integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and AAP (Animal-Assisted Psychotherapy). Whether you’re working through unresolved trauma, seeking tools for emotional regulation, striving for recovery from addiction, or simply looking to improve your overall mental health and well-being, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll work toward your goals and build the life you deserve—one that is fulfilling, hopeful, and aligned with your values.

Taking the First Step

Beginning therapy is a courageous decision, and I'm here to make it easier. We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation in a warm, judgment-free space, where you can share your story and learn how I can help. I offer flexible scheduling with both in-person and telehealth options to accommodate your needs.
