Adolescent Group
(Ages 12-14)

Building confidence, managing social anxiety, and strengthening self-esteem in a supportive peer environment.

 

Perfect for adolescents who:

  • Feel overwhelmed by social situations

  • Struggle with self-confidence

  • Want to build stronger friendships

  • Need support managing emotions

  • Are navigating middle school challenges

(Ages 15-17)

Navigating emotions, developing coping skills, and fostering authentic connections during crucial high school years.

 

Ideal for teens who:

  • Face academic or social pressure

  • Want to build authentic relationships

  • Need support with stress management

  • Are working on self-identity

  • Want to develop stronger coping skills

Adult Support Group (18+)

A welcoming space for adults managing depression and anxiety, with both virtual and in-person options available.

 

Beneficial for adults who:​

  • Feel stuck or overwhelmed

  • Want practical coping strategies

  • Seek connection with others who understand

  • Need support managing daily challenges

  • Want both peer and professional guidance

GETTING STARTED:

  • Groups meet weekly for 8 weeks

  • Sessions are $60 each

  • Small groups for personalized attention

  • Located in Encino (Virtual available for adult group)
